【摘要】引产过程中严防心力衰竭发生,注意心力衰竭早期症状及体征,如胸闷、气急、心悸、脉搏、呼吸变化等,一旦发生应及时治疗。对合并心功能不良或心力衰竭者应适当纠正心力衰竭,在内科医师监护下行引产术,胎盘勉出后仔细检查是否完整,必要时清宫,常规用抗生素预防感染,用宫缩剂预防产后出血,产后保持安静,适当用镇静剂,加强产后观察及护理。
