【摘要】目的:探讨应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆重间骨折的疗效。方法从2004年3月至2009年3月用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折73例的疗效。结果73例中有71例获得随访,无一例因手术或并发症死亡,骨折全部愈合,其中二例轻微髋内翻。结论DHS是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折较好的内固定方法。

    【Abstract】Objective: Discussion using DHS treatment thighbone thick grand bone fracture curative effect. The method from March, 2004 from treated the thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture 73 examples to March, 2009 with DHS the curative effects. In the result 73 examples has 71 examples to obtain the revisit, does not have an example because of the surgery or the complication death, the bone fracture heals completely, in two example slight hips turns. Conclusion DHS treats the thighbone thick prosperous between bone fracture good in fixed method.
