【摘要】保障对象主要为离休老干部,平均年龄82.3 岁,人均患有4 种以上疾病,多为需要长期用药的慢性疾病,如冠心病、高血压、脑梗塞、慢性胃炎、前列腺肥大、便秘等等,平均长期用药在5种以上。调查表明,患者每日合并用药物达5种以上的,不合理用药发生率达到21.8%,越多的药物联合使用不良反应发生率越高。老年人的病理生理、药代动力学等有自身的特点,如何提高老年人用药的有效性、安全性,避免不合理用药显得日益重要。
