【摘要】乳腺增生是指乳腺的腺体增生和腺管的囊性增生,其发病率升居各类乳腺疾病之首,占乳腺疾病的75%,发病年龄以25至50岁多见,未婚及绝经后的也有发病者,临床症状多表现乳房胀痛或刺痛,重者疼痛连及腋下、上肢。触摸有条索状,或结节状,质地偏软表面光滑触之活动,少数伴有乳头溢液。
