长效生化试剂瓶在室内质量控制中的应用

【摘要】目的:长效生化试剂瓶在室内质量应用性能评价。方法:在全自动生化分析仪上分别使用普通试剂瓶和长效生化试剂瓶贮存碱性磷酸酶试剂,观察高、中值质控物检测结果的日间变异CV及趋势性变化,并对两种试剂瓶的检测结果进行差异显著性t检验,同时与其日常质量控制结果做X±S的比较。结果:长效生化试剂瓶测定结果趋势性变化明显较普通试剂瓶减缓,长效生化试剂瓶测定室内质控其变异系数分别为1.4、1.2明显优于普通瓶,甚至强于质控瓶;普通试剂瓶与改良试剂瓶在测定室内质量控制物时存在显著差异。结论:长效生化试剂瓶在室内质量控制上存在测定结果稳定、变异小等显著优势。
