【摘要】目的:观察罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于腰-硬联合麻醉下子宫全切术中的临床效果。方法:60例择期子宫全切的患者,随机分为两组,每组各30例,R组给予0.5%罗哌卡因15mg,S组给予0.5%罗哌卡因15mg加舒芬太尼10μg,分别注入蛛网膜下腔,观察两组患者的血压,心率变化,感觉阻滞起效时间,最高感觉阻滞平面,观察麻醉效果、记录手术时间及硬膜外用药量,恶心、呕吐、皮肤骚痒等不良反应。结果:两组血压均有所下降、心率均有所增快,S组感觉阻滞平面高于R组,硬膜外用药量S组少于R组。结论:罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于腰硬联合麻醉下子宫全切术对血流动力学影响小,硬膜外用药量明显减少,麻醉效果好。

Methods: 60 examples pick an auspicious date the patient who the womb all cuts, divides into two groups stochastically, each group of each 30 examples, R group gives 0.5% Luo pai Kain the 15mg, S group to give 0.5% Luo pai Kain the 15mg Canada to extend Fentaini 10μg, pours into under separately the arachnoidea the cavity, observes two group of patient’s blood pressure, the heart rate change, felt that hinders the effect time, the highest feeling hinders the plane, the observation anaesthesia effect, the record surgery time and the hard membrane external use dose, disgusting, vomit, skin itchy and so on untoward effect. Results: Two groups of blood pressure drop, the heart rate to have increase quickly, S group felt that hinders the plane to be higher than R group, the hard membrane external use dose S group is short in R group. Conclusion: Luo pai Kain compound extends Fentaini to use under the waist hard union anaesthesia the womb all cutting the technique to be small to the blood stream dynamics influence, the hard membrane external use dose obvious reduction, the anaesthesia effect is good. ......
