【摘要】目的:利用细针穿刺合并术中快速达到乳腺癌患者早发现早诊断早治疗。方法:对100例乳腺癌患者诊断过程的回顾性分析。结果:穿刺阴性病例8例,占8%;穿刺发现有轻度异型细胞的23例,占23%;穿刺发现有明显异型细胞的27例,占27%;穿刺发现恶性肿瘤细胞的有42例,占42%。均有明显肿块,建议并接受了术中快速,最后经石蜡常规切片完全确诊。结论:穿刺合并术中快速有助于提高早期诊断乳腺癌阳性率,值得推广应用。
