【摘要】目的:观察甘油果糖与甘露醇联合应用在治疗脑出血病例中的疗效。方法:由神经内科住院患者112例中随机分 两组。其中,对照组56例常规用甘露醇;治疗组在常规甘露醇的基础上加用甘油果糖注射液。 结果:治疗组有效率92.58%,对照组有效率76.78%。 结论:甘油果糖与甘露醇联合应用后,既能提高疗效又能避免、减少副作用,值得临床应用、推广。
