【摘要】急性荨麻疹是皮肤科常见的一种皮肤粘膜变态反应性疾病,自觉症状为严重瘙痒,体征为红斑、风团、水肿,患者十分痛苦。依巴斯汀是第二代抗组胺药,该药不仅具有特异性强效拮抗外周H1受体的作用,还具有稳定肥大细胞膜、减少炎症递质(如白三烯)的释放、抑制黏附分子的表达以及降低白介素IL-6、IL-8产生等作用,并具有疗效高、起效快的特点,并且无明显中枢镇静作用,无心脏毒副作用及其他严重不良反应,且服用方便。
