规范门诊药房管理,缓解药患纠纷

     【摘要】门诊药房是医院的重要组成部分,是医院对外的重要服务窗口,同时也易引起病人投诉。随着社会市场经济体制的建立,医疗保障制度和医疗改革的不断深入,患者的自我保护意识,维权意识增强,对医疗服务的质量求也越来越高。

    【Abstract】The outpatient service pharmacy is the hospital important component, is the hospital foreign important service window, simultaneously also easy to cause the patient to sue. Along with society market economy system’s establishment, medical service system of safeguards and medical reform unceasingly thorough, the patient protects oneself consciousness, Uygur power consciousness strengthens, asks to medical service’s quality to be also getting higher and higher.
