【摘要】手术室是外科诊治和抢救患者的重要场所,是医院的重要技术部门。随着临床医学科学的迅猛发展,外科手术越来越细微,难度越来越大,这就要求手术室的核心-手术间的管理必须跟进,其管理质量直接关系到患者生命安危[1]。巡回护士是这个核心场所的管理者,其管理的意识和管理水平的强弱将直接影响到手术的进展和病人的预后。

    【Abstract】The operating room is the surgical department diagnoses and rescues patient’s important place, is the hospital important technical department. Along with the clinical medicine science’s rapid development, the surgical operation is getting more and more slight, the difficulty is getting bigger and bigger, this requests the operating room management between the core-surgery’s to follow up, its management quality direct relation patient life safety [1] . Tours nurse is this core place superintendent, its management consciousness and management level strong and the weak immediate influence to surgery’s progress and patient’s prognosis.
