患者满意度调查也因“与时俱进”现代化(1)

     【摘要】目的:做好对患者的满意度调查,不断了解患者的需求和服务中存在的问题,进一步完善和改进医院的服务质量。方法:自2004年8月以来,每月由专人对门诊及住院患者进行满意度调查,对调查结果向全院通报,对存在的问题经服务改进领导小组讨论,要求各相关科室及时改进。结果:患者的满意度不断提高,服务质量得到了明显改善。结论:医院不仅要重视对患者的满意度调查,更要建立健全和不断完善服务改进体系,做到“与时俱进”。

    【Abstract】Objective: Completes to patient’s degree of satisfaction investigation, understood unceasingly in patient’s demand and the service exists the question, further consummates and improves the hospital the grade of service. Methods: Since August, 2004, every month has carried on the degree of satisfaction investigation by the specialist to the outpatient service and in hospital patient, to the survey result to the entire courtyard notification, discusses to the existence question after the service improvement leading group, the request is respectively related the administrative offices to improve promptly. Results: Patient’s degree of satisfaction enhances unceasingly, the grade of service had the distinct improvement. Conclusion: The hospital not only need take seriously patient’s degree of satisfaction investigation, must establish perfect and consummates the service improvement system unceasingly, achieves “keeps pace with the times”. ......
