【摘要】新任护士长应注重自身修养,提高综合素质,注重职业道德和人品修养,具备精通业务和竞争意识,强调主动协调和沟通能力,知晓合理安排和用人之长,懂得尊重患者和精心护理,重视法律意识和工作责任,能够团结协助和互相监督,打造一个积极向上的护理团队。

    【Abstract】Incumbent head nurse should pay great attention own training, improves the overall quality, pays great attention the occupational ethics and the moral behavior training, has the familiar service and the competitive spirit, stressed that the initiative coordinated and the communication ability, knows the possible arrangement and personnel long, understood that respects the patient and careful nursing, takes the legal awareness and the work responsibility, can unite the assistance and the mutual supervision, makes a positive upward nursing team.
