【摘要】目的:了解西丰县部分乡村慢性心衰的患病及诊治情况。方法:按整群随机抽样方法于2008年在西丰县抽取具有代表性的人群样本,共调查病例169例,病因分布情况:冠心病74.8%,高心病36.09%,心肌病7.1%,风心病8.28%,甲亢性心肌病1.77%,结论:西丰县心衰患者患病发病率较高,其中主要原因为冠心病,各种标准药物治疗应用有限,绝大部分农村患者未得到规范化系统治疗,应加大农村地区卫生投入。
