【摘要】目的:观察双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效,探讨其护理措施。方法:将98例COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组针对原发基础疾病给予综合治疗;实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用BiPAP呼吸机辅助治疗。结果:两组在治疗后第3天动脉血气分析比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组综合疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者采用BiPAP呼吸机辅助治疗,能较快改善低氧血症及二氧化碳潴留,减轻呼吸肌疲劳,改善预后,加强护理则是治疗成功的保证。
