【摘要】目的:观察神经阻滞下肩周炎手法松解后局部痛点注射治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法: 观察108例肩周炎采用神经阻滞下手法松解后局部痛点注射,每周1次,连续治疗4-6次,判定疗效。结果:临床控制69例(63.89%),显效29例(26.85%),有效7例(6.48%),无效3例(2.78%),总有效率97.22%,复发5例,占总有效率4.76%。结论:神经阻滞下肩周炎手法松解后局部痛点注射治疗肩周炎总有效率高,复发率低,值得推广。

    【Abstract】Objective: After under the observation nerve hinders the bursitis in shoulder technique loose solution, the partial pain spot injection treats bursitis in shoulder’s curative effect. Methods: After under observing 108 example bursitis in shoulder to use the nerve hinders the technique loose solution, the partial pain spot injection, every week 1 time, treats continuously 4-6 times, determination curative effect. Results: Clinical controls 69 examples (63.89%), shows results 29 examples (26.85%), the effective 7 examples (6.48%), the invalid 3 examples (2.78%), the total effectiveness 97.22%, recur 5 examples, accounts for the total effectiveness 4.76%.
