【摘要】目的:观察腋静脉留置针在新生儿患儿治疗中的效果及作用。方法:自2010年7月开始对60例新生儿进行腋静脉留置针输液。结果:腋静脉留置针其操作简单、保留时间长、无静脉炎病例发生。结论:在新生儿患儿治疗中采用腋静脉留置针输液,减小了因反复穿刺给患儿带来的痛苦,同时大大提高了护理人员的工作效率。

    【Abstract】Objective: The observation armpit vein leaving alone needle in the newborn baby treats the effect and the function. Methods: Starts from July, 2010 to 60 example newborns to carry on the armpit vein leaving alone needle infusion. Results:The armpit vein leaving alone needle its simplicity of operator, the retention time long, the non-phlebitis case occurs. Conclusion: In the newborn baby treats uses the armpit vein leaving alone needle infusion, because reduced repeatedly the puncture the pain which brings to the baby, simultaneously raised nursing staffs’ working efficiency greatly.
