【摘要】目的:观察对比轻比重腰麻以及罗派卡因硬膜外麻醉用于老年人前列腺电切术的效果。方法:选择ASA分级为Ⅱ-Ⅲ级择期前列腺电切患者,随机分为A组和B组,观察对比麻醉效果及麻醉后血压、心率的不良反应情况。结果:麻醉效果均为优良。A组血压下降明显小于B组。结论:轻比重0.2%的布比卡因用于腰硬联合麻醉比0.5%罗哌卡用于硬膜外麻醉更为平稳。
