【摘要】目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的原因及防治。方法:随机抽出本院2009年2月~2010年5月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术病例50例,分析并发症发生的原因及治疗。 结果:并发症发生2例(4%),其中胆总管损伤1例(2%),胆总管结石残留1例(2%),中转开腹3例(6%)。原因与选择病例不恰当及术中操作不规范有关。结论:严格掌握手术适应症,规范的手术操作,及时中转开腹是预防并发症的关键。
