住院精神病患者医院感染现患率调查分析

【摘要】目的:了解住院精神病患者医院感染(院感)发病率及相关因素,以持续改进院感监测方法及防控措施。方法:院感专职人员与病区院感管理小组成员协同调查当天8:00至次日8:00所有住院精神病患者,查阅运行病历和床旁调查相结合,填写院感患病率调查表和医院感染个案调查表,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:应调查住院患者656例,实际调查656例,实查率100%,院感现患率0.30%。感染部位主要为下呼吸道,危险因素主要为年老体弱、长期服用抗精神病药物、大量吸烟等有关。结论:根据结果开展目标监测,采取有效的防控措施,以降低院感发生率。
