【摘要】同病异治,是指同一种疾病,由于发病的时间,地区以及患者机体的反应性不同,或处于不同的发展阶段,所以表现的病情、病症及病机不同,因而治法也不一样。最早见于《内经》中:“西北之气散而寒之,东南之气收而温之,所谓同病异治也”。又有:“气之息者,宜以针开除去之;夫气盛血聚者,宜石而泻之。此所谓同病异治也”。
