【摘要】目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的原因及预防办法。方法:对2001年8至2010年4月2630例腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC),25例并发症的原因及预防进行回顾性分析总结。结果:腹腔内出血10例,胆道残余结石5例,胆管损伤3例,胃肠道损伤3例,胆漏2例,戳孔疝1例,肠梗阻1例,经再次手术或保守治疗痊愈出院。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症原因分析,采取相应预防措施,并发症可以预防,减少并发症的发生。
