【摘要】目的:探讨新式剖宫产术引起的盆腹腔粘连情况,以改进手术方式,减少或减轻并发症的发生。方法:通过对两种术式196例再次剖宫产手术腹腔粘连及粘连程度的观察进行分析比较。结果: 观察组粘连例数、粘连程度较对照组轻,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:改良新式剖宫产术导致的粘连较新式剖宫产明显减轻。
