【摘要】随着现代生活节奏的加快,我国交通业和建工业的迅猛发展,锁骨骨折的发生率也随之增高,已占全身骨折的6%。过去多采用以非手术治疗为主,如锁骨固定带、“8”字石膏绷带等,但随着医学的发展,以及现代人追求生活质量的思想,临床观察发现,非手术治疗存在固定时间长,并发症多,影响病人长时间的工作和生活,现大都要求手术治疗。
