【摘要】腹部闭合性损伤,特别是腹部多脏器闭合性损伤,以及合并其他部位的脏器损伤,救治非常困难,死亡率高,尤其在中小型医院,相对医疗设备简陋情况下,如何应对突然来到的急诊病人,利用现有的条件,快速、准确、合理的诊断、救治受到生命威胁的病人,使病人最大限度的得到救治。

    【Abstract】The abdomen closed damage, specially the abdomen multi-internal organs closed damage, as well as merges other spot internal organs damage, the treatment is difficult, the mortality rate is high, especially in the middle and small scale hospital, in the relative medical equipment crude situation, how to deal with the emergency patient who arrives suddenly, uses the existing condition, fast, accurate, the reasonable diagnosis, the treatment are threaten life the patient, enables the patient maximum limit to obtain the treatment.
