【摘要】目的观察AMI尿激酶溶栓的疗效及安全性。方法将128例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，在常规治疗基础上，治疗组进行尿激酶溶栓治疗，对照组给予硝酸甘油和肝素钠治疗。结果两组组间的t - PA、PA1、血管再通率、CK- MB的差异有显著性。结论尿激酶溶栓时间越早，再通率越高，是一种治疗AMI安全、有效的抢救措施。
