    胃癌中凋亡抑制蛋白的表达与化疗耐药的关系

    【摘要】目的探讨胃癌组织中Livin、Survivin的表达与化疗药敏性的关系。方法收集102例胃癌标本，用免疫组织化学检测Livin和Survivin的表达。新鲜胃癌组织制备单细胞悬液，分别加入6种化疗药物(奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶、顺铂、紫杉醇、阿霉素、环磷酰胺)培养48 h，MTT法观察药物作用后癌细胞活性变化。结果Livin、Survivin在胃癌组织中表达明显高于组织(P<0.05)。Livin在胃癌组织中高表达时，与奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶、顺铂耐药性有关(P<0.05)。Survivin高表达时，对顺铂、阿霉素、环磷酰胺耐药性有关(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤中Livin、Survivin的过表达与部分化疗药物耐药有关。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of Livin，Survivin and chemotherapeutic drug resistance in gastric cancer.Methods One hundred and two specimens of gastric cancer were colleted，and the expression levels of Livin，Survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry.The single cell suspension was prepared with fresh tumor tissue，then 6 kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs including oxaliplatin，fluorouracil，cisplatin，paclitaxel，adriamycin，cyclophosphamide were added into the suspension which was cultured for 48 hours ......
