【摘 要】肺炎是婴幼儿及儿童时期的常见病及多发病。免疫功能紊乱在肺炎的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。因此，合理使用免疫调节剂，是防治小儿肺炎尤其是重症肺炎及难治性肺炎的重要环节及途径。

    【Abstract】Pneumonia is a common and frequent disease in infants and children. Immune dysfunction plays an important role in the occurrence and development of pneumonia. Therefore， the rational use of immunomodulatory agents is an important link and way to prevent and treat pediatric pneumonia， especially severe pneumonia and refractory pneumonia.
