【摘 要】目的：研究精细化管理对手术室护理质量及手术效率的影响。方法：选取进行外科手术的98例患者，随机分为对照组(49例)进行常规手术室护理管理和观察组(49例)对手术室护理进行精细化管理。观察两组管理效果。结果：观察组护理质量和手术效率都高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：精细化管理能够显著提高手术室护理质量和手术效率，提升護理满意度。
