【摘 要】目的：观察小儿肿瘤患者在应用PICC中存在的护理问题及对策。方法：随机将我院应用PICC的50例肿瘤患儿分成两组，接受常规护理的为对照组，根据可能存在的护理问题采取针对性护理对策的为观察组。比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果：观察组患儿一次穿刺成功率显著高于对照组，而并发症发生率则明显低于对照组，数据差异明显，P<0.05。结论：在对肿瘤患儿应用PICC时，应仔细分析可能存在的护理问题，并采取针对性的对策，可有效减少并发症的发生，促进PICC治疗安全性的提高。
