【摘 要】目的：对早期康复护理干预应用在老年脑梗死患者中对患者护理质量、生活能力的改善程度进行调查。方法：以68例老年脑梗死患者为研究对象，采用系统随机分组的方式将其分为研究组、对照组，各34例。结果：研究组患者护理后生活质量评分为(85.3±7.2)分，对照组为(67.9±5.8)分，P<0.05。结论：早期康复护理干预能够提升老年脑梗死患者护理质量和生活能力。

    【Abstract】Objective： to investigate the improvement of nursing quality and living ability of elderly patients with cerebral infarction by early rehabilitation nursing intervention. Methods： 68 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group (n = 34) and control group (n = 34). Results： the score of quality of life after nursing care was (85.3 ±7.2) in the study group and (67.9 ±5.8) in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion： early rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the nursing quality and living ability of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
