【摘 要】目的：对血管内栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤患者围手术期护理措施以及效果进行分析。方法：以60例血管内栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤患者为研究对象，采用系统随机分组的方式分为管理组、对照组，各30例。管理组患者予以综合护理管理，对照组患者予以常规护理管理，比较患者护理效果。结果：管理组患者并发症发生率为3.3%，对照组为16.7%，P<0.05。管理组患者护理满意度为93.3%(28/30)，对照组为83.3%(25/30)，P<0.05。结论：综合护理管理能够提升患者围术期安全。
