【摘 要】目的：研究无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭的护理效果。方法：资料为2018年-2019年本院收治的60例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者，将其通过双盲法分为两组，常规组(30例)实施常规护理，研究组(30例)实施综合护理，比较两组无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的护理效果。结果：研究组患者的PH值、PaCO2及PaO2水平均优于常规组，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者实施无创呼吸机治疗的同时给予综合护理，可以有效改善患者的临床指标。
