【摘 要】目的：探究护理管理在预防和控制医院感染中的作用分析，以期为之后的预防和控制医院感染的案例提供理论依据。方法：选我院患者82例，将其分为专业的综合护理的研究组41例与常规护理的对照组41例，将两种不同护理模式下的感染率与患者对于护理满意程度进行记录，用于之后的对比分析。结果：研究组患者的感染率为2.4%(1/41)，优于对照组的22.0%(9/41);而患者对于护理的满意程度研究组的高达100%(41/41)，而对照组的为75.6%(31/41)，两组患者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于住院的患者实施专业的护理管理，可以很好的预防和控制医院感染率，提高护理的满意程度。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of nursing management in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections， in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of hospital infections.
