【摘 要】 目的：探究快速康复外科护理对胸腔镜肺段切除术患者术后恢复的影响。方法：选取2017年6月至2018年12月间来我院进行胸腔镜肺段切除术的患者80例，随机分为采取常规护理的对照组40例以及采取快速康复外科护理的研究组40例，观察护理效果。结果：研究组患者护理满意度为95%，对照组82.5%;研究组患者不良反应发生率、术后住院时间、胸腔引流管放置时间为2%、10.15±1.25天、1.62±1.01天优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：快速康复外科护理能提高胸腔镜肺段切除术患者护理满意度，效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
