【摘 要】目的：探讨分析对冠心病合并瓣膜病患者采用心脏瓣膜手术同期冠状动脉旁路手术进行治疗的临床应用效果。方法：本次研究对象均选自本院2016年02月-2018年10月期间收治的冠心病合并瓣膜病患者，共42例，按照患者就诊先后顺序对其进行平均分组，分别为研究组(n=21例)和对照组(n=21例)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：研究组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组患者，(P<0.05)。结论：对冠心病合并瓣膜病患者采用心脏瓣膜手术同期冠状动脉旁路手术进行治疗可以取得更为突出的治疗效果，具有推广价值。

    【abstract】 objective to investigate and analyze the clinical application effect of heart valve surgery and coronary artery bypass surgery in patients with coronary heart disease combined with valve surgery. Methods subjects of this study were selected from 42 patients with coronary heart disease combined with valvular disease admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to October 2018. They were divided into study group (n=21 cases) and control group (n=21 cases) according to the order of admission. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.
