【摘 要】目的：分析综合护理模式在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围术期的应用效果。方法：选取2016年12月到2018年11月期间在我院接受治疗的136位慢性化脓性中耳炎患者作为研究对象，随机分组，综合护理的68例患者作为研究组，另外68例给予常规护理作为对照组，对比护理效果。结果：研究组患者的治愈率高达97.1%(66/68)，高于对照组患者的治愈情况82.4%(56/68)，研究组患者的住院时间是(8.09±0.72) d，优于对照组的(13.52±0.59) d，而研究组患者对护理的满意程度高达100%，明显优于对照组的88.2%(60/68)，(P<0.05)。结论：对于慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的围术期来说，专业的综合护理模式其效果优于常规护理，值得推广应用。
