【摘 要】目的：探析介入超声肝癌微波消融术的临床护理效果。方法：本文参考双盲法将2018年5月至2019年5月期间收治的50例行介入超声肝癌微波消融术患者区分为两组，常规组使用常规护理，针对组使用针对性护理，计算对比两组护理差异。结果：针对组疼痛评分、护理满意度评分、并发症发生率对比常规组，P<0.05，统计学存在分析意义。结论：将针对性护理用于行介入超声肝癌微波消融术患者中展现显著作用。

    【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical nursing effect of interventional ultrasound liver cancer microwave ablation. Methods： Six patients with interventional ultrasound liver cancer microwave ablation who were admitted between May 2018 and May 2019 were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method. The routine group used routine nursing and targeted nursing for the group. Differences in care between the two groups. Results The group pain score nursing satisfaction score and complication rate were compared with the conventional group P<0.05.
