【摘 要】目的：分析单孔法腔镜皮下乳腺切除术治疗早期乳癌的效果。方法：选我院行乳腺切除术早期乳癌患者30例，随机分为2组，对照组行传统改良根治手术，实验组行单孔法腔镜皮下乳腺切除术，比较两组手术结局。结果：实验组术后引流量，拔管时间均低于对照组，术后并发症的发生也低于对照组。结论：对早期乳癌患者采用单孔法进行腔镜皮下乳腺切除术有疗效显著，安全性高。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of single-hole laparoscopic subtotal mastectomy for early breast cancer. Methods： Thirty patients with early breast cancer who underwent mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group underwent conventional modified radical surgery. The experimental group underwent single-hole endoscopic subcutaneous mastectomy. The surgical outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The drainage volume and extubation time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group and the postoperative complications were lower than the control group.
