【摘 要】目的：分析美托洛尔治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法：在我院收治的冠心病患者中选取62例，起止时间是2017年3月～2019年6月。分为2个小组：对照组31例，实施常规治疗;试验组31例，加用美托洛尔。评定临床疗效。结果：试验组总有效30例(96.8%)，高于对照组的25例(80.6%);治疗后IVST、LVEF指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：美托洛尔治疗冠心病疗效确切，可以改善患者的心功能，值得推广。

    【abstract】 objective：to analyze the clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods：a total of 62 CHD patients were selected from our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019. Divided into two groups：control group 31 cases conventional treatment; Metoprolol was added to 31 patients in the experimental group. Evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results30 cases (96.8%) were effective in the experimental group which was higher than 25 cases (80.6%) in the control group. After treatment IVST and LVEF indexes were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion：metoprolol is effective in treating coronary heart disease and can improve the cardiac function of patients. ......
