【摘 要】目的：分析心理护理策略对白癜风患者不良心理的改善效果研究。方法：对本院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的32例患者按照不同护理方法均分为参照组和研究组，各16例。参照组进行常规治疗和护理，研究组在参照组基础上增加心理护理策略，比较两组的护理满意度。结果：护理后，参照组的总体满意度显著低于研究组(P<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论：心理护理策略对白癜风患者不良心理的改善效果明显，提高了患者护理后的心情指数，值得在临床上大面积推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing strategy on the improvement of bad psychology of vitiligo patients. Methods： 32 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into reference group and research group according to different nursing Methods： with 16 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing while the research group added psychological nursing strategies on the basis of the reference group and compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results After nursing the overall satisfaction of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the study group (P < 0.05)with statistical significance. Conclusion： Psychological nursing strategy can improve the bad psychology of patients with vitiligo and improve the mood index of patients after nursing.
