【摘 要】目的：分析影响尿液检验结果的原因分析与防范措施。方法：随机选取2015年1月至2015年12月之间我院开展尿检的500例样本，分析检验结果个过程，找出影响尿检结果的原因并提出对应的防范措施。结果：500例标本中出现结果误差的标本有13例，主要原因包括标本采集因素4例、保存和运送因素4例、患者自身2例、实验室因素3例。根据上述因素对尿检现有制度与流程进行优化，改进实验室管理手段。结论：临床中对尿检结果造成影响的因素有很多，医院应当引起重视并采取针对性的措施予以解决，从而提高尿检的准确性和可靠性。

    【Abstract】objective：to analyze the causes and preventive measures affecting urine test Results. Methods： 500 samples of urine test carried out in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly selected.
