【摘 要】目的：分析激励式护理在自然分娩护理中的效果。方法：本次对象为我院自然分娩产妇82例，随机分为2组：41例基础护理对照组，41例激励式护理观察组，评定2组分娩结局。结果：观察组总产程、出血量少于对照组，自然分娩率、护理满意率高于对照组，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：给予自然分娩产妇激励式护理效果确切，有助于缩短产程，提高自然分娩率，值得学习。
