【摘 要】目的：探析血液透析患者中心静脉导管血栓预防中使用集束化护理的效果。方法：将我院血液中心收治的血液透析患者作为本次主要研究对象，共计120例，采用随机分配的方法分到观察组和对照组，各组60例患者，选取时间均为2018年5月-2019年5月。将常规护理措施应用到对照组中，给予观察组患者集束化护理干预。对两组患者实施护理后的血栓发生率及护理满意度进行分析和对比。结果：通过对比得知，观察组患者护理后的血栓发生率低于对照组，对照组护理满意度高于观察组，两组数据之间的差异较大，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：本次研究表面，对血液透析中心静脉导管患者，进行集束化护理，能够有效的减少血栓率，同时还能够促进护理满意度的提升，值得应用和推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the effect of cluster nursing in the prevention of central venous catheter thrombosis in hemodialysis patients. Methods： 120 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hemodialysis center were divided into observation group and control group by random allocation method. 60 patients in each group were selected from May 2018 to May 2019.
