【摘 要】目的：分析后踝骨折患者行微型钢板内固定治疗疗效。方法：选我院后踝大块骨折患者30例，随机分2组。对照组采用常规空心钉固定术，实验组采用微型钢板固定，比较临床结局。结果：干预后，实验组患者骨折愈合时间、术中出血量、可下床活动时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对后踝大块骨折的患者运用微型钢板内固定手术，疗效显著，愈合快。
