【摘 要】目的：分析探讨在慢性肾炎患者中实施循证护理干预模式的应用效果。方法：选取本院收治的70例慢性肾炎患者开展本次试验研究，纳入时间为2018年07月-2019年07月，所有患者通过数字表法进行平均分组，分别为参照组35例和研究组35例。其中参照组给予常规护理干预模式，研究组给予循证护理干预模式，比较两组的肾功能恢复情况。结果：研究组患者的24h尿蛋白、血肌酐(SCr)和血尿素氮(BUN)指标均明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。 结论：在慢性肾炎患者中实施循证护理干预模式能够显著改善患者的肾功能情况，具有推广价值。
