【摘 要】目的：研究预见性护理在肝叶切除手术后疼痛情况的治疗效果。方法：随机抽取我院2018年12月～2019年4月接受肝内胆管结石手术患者，按照男女比例将其平均分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者使用常规护理方法，观察组患者采用预见性护理方式，对比两组患者的护理结果。结果：观察组患者疼痛分级程度以及护理满意度明显优于对照组患者，两组对比存在差异，具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论：将预见性护理应用到肝叶切除手术后患者的护理中，能够减少术后疼痛。
