【摘 要】目前，我国的疾病种类在不断增多，突发性耳聋是一种突发的原因不明的感音神经性耳聋，其病因及病理学机制具体尚未阐明，局部或全身因素均可能引起突发性耳聋，目前最常见的病因机制有血管性疾病、病毒感染学说、自身免疫性疾病、内淋巴积水等其他可能原因。本文将对近几年众多学者对突发性耳聋病因机制研究成果做一简单综诉。
