【摘 要】目的：探讨转盘评估在产后出血早期的应用价值探究。方法：从2018年4月开始筛选符合要求的患者，与2019年9月停止筛选，将筛选的379例患者分为对照组以及研究组，一组运用常规的评估方法，为对照组，有189例;一组运用转盘评估，为研究组，有190例，对比差异。结果：转盘评估效率更高，准确率有保障，(P<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论：转盘评估在产后出血早期运用，值得推广。

    [Abstract]Objective To explore the application value of turntable evaluation in early postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： From April 2018 to September 2019， 379 patients who met the requirements were screened and divided into control group and research group. One group was the control group with 189 patients using conventional evaluation methods. One group was evaluated by rotary table. There were 190 cases in the study group. The difference was compared.
