【摘 要】小儿支气管哮喘西医治疗方案主要包括吸入糖皮质激素、β2受体激动剂及白三烯受体拮抗剂;近年中医临床也依据病情发展阶段、证型提出了多种治疗方案，包括汤剂内治、敷贴外治等。中西医结合治疗也为小儿哮喘临床治疗提供了新思路。
